About The Position

The Morningstar Development Program (MDP) is designed to prepare recent college graduates for successful, long-term careers at Morningstar. This two-year program offers ongoing career development, networking, mentoring, training opportunities, practicum program opportunities, and exposure to different areas of the business. The Rotational MDP track specifically immerses participants in a variety of business teams to provide a comprehensive understanding of different roles within the company. This track is ideal for candidates who are open to exploring various business groups within Morningstar and are eager to build their skillset and gain experience in areas that drive the company's mission.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build deep expertise in Morningstar’s data, products, and research
  • Directly interact with Morningstar’s clients, including advisors, and individual and institutional investors
  • Contribute to ongoing training sessions and stretch projects while developing a strong foundation of knowledge to build on and use in your Morningstar career
  • Develop both analytical and communication skills by navigating Morningstar to build a variety of expertise
  • Ability to adapt well to different situations and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Creativity and good analytical ability
