About The Position
The Morningstar Development Program (MDP) is designed to prepare recent college graduates for successful, long-term careers at Morningstar. This two-year program offers ongoing career development, networking, mentoring, training opportunities, practicum program opportunities, and exposure to different areas of the business. The Rotational MDP track specifically immerses participants in a variety of business teams to build skills and gain experience in areas that drive Morningstar’s mission. This track is ideal for candidates who are open to exploring various business groups within Morningstar.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities
- Build deep expertise in Morningstar’s data, products, and research.
- Directly interact with Morningstar’s clients, including advisors, and individual and institutional investors.
- Contribute to ongoing training sessions and stretch projects while developing a strong foundation of knowledge.
- Develop both analytical and communication skills by navigating Morningstar to build a variety of expertise.
- Adapt well to different situations and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
- Utilize excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Apply creativity and good analytical ability.
