About The Position

As a Rooms Concierge, you will help create an exceptional first impression for guests and serve as a brand ambassador for the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa. You will support seamless check-in and check-out, provide personalized assistance and information, and anticipate guest needs to help make each stay elevated and memorable. The role involves working with hotel systems and collaborating with other departments while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and support smooth arrivals and departures.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the Property Management System (PMS) and hotel software.
• Provide directions and information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.
• Identify guest concerns and resolve them efficiently while maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Stay informed about room layouts, amenities, special promotions, and upcoming events.
• Arrange transportation, manage billing, and secure dining reservations.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide cohesive service.
• Maintain a polished, professional demeanor with guests, associates, and vendors.
