About The Position
The Room Service Associate plays a vital role in the patient experience by ensuring accurate and timely meal service. This position requires a blend of excellent customer service skills and strict adherence to healthcare protocols. The associate will be responsible for taking patient meal orders over the phone, verifying that selections align with a patient's dietary restrictions, and accurately inputting orders into a system.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have current City of Fort Worth Food Handler’s Card at time of employment and maintain throughout employment
