About The Position

As a Room Inspector (Senior Housekeeper), you ensure every guest room meets high standards by leading quality inspections, supporting the team, and delivering a clean, comfortable stay experience. The position oversees daily room and public-area inspections, supports Room Attendants, coordinates assignments and keys, responds to guest needs, and helps maintain housekeeping operations. You may also assist with cleaning duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily for cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards.
Supervise and support Room Attendants, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures.
Assign daily room assignments, distribute keys, and lead pre-shift meetings.
Identify and report maintenance concerns, and verify completion so rooms are guest-ready.
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns.
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of linen rooms, storage areas, and housekeeping carts.
Train and coach team members on cleaning standards, safety practices, and performance expectations.
Monitor room status, maintain key control, and accurately report cleaned rooms.
Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations and meet daily goals.
Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and guest service.
