The Room Dining Server will be responsible for delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. This role also assists in the maintenance of the Room Service area and equipment. The ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, and will ensure compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department. They will maintain food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications, and ensure communication with the General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff. Other duties as assigned.
