About The Position
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms to the highest standards. This includes tasks such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and replenishing amenities. The role also involves performing deep cleaning, stocking and maintaining the housekeeping supply cart, disposing of trash and recyclables, and responding to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner. Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Some work experience in related field preferred.
- Some hospitality experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
