About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to support the hotel’s service culture. The role is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitized guest rooms and public areas to company standards, ensuring rooms are stocked with clean linens and guest supplies, and following hotel safety, security, and lost-and-found procedures. The attendant should know the hotel’s property, staff, services, operating hours, and surroundings, and provide service that exceeds guest expectations. This is a part-time, tipped-eligible position. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow all hotel-mandated safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings, including nearby malls and restaurants.
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify items left behind by guests and report them according to the hotel’s lost-and-found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
