About The Position

As a Room Attendant at Seacliff Inn, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay for guests. You will maintain guest rooms and assigned areas to Company standards, working efficiently and safely as part of the Housekeeping team. The role includes preparing and cleaning rooms, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance concerns and lost or damaged items, following security and lost-and-found procedures, and assisting with laundry and other Housekeeping duties as needed. You will communicate courteously with guests and colleagues, help maintain an organized and safe work environment, and support other team members and hotel departments as needed.

• Ability to work with approved cleaning agents.
• Ability to frequently walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and twist, and lift or carry up to 20 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to Company standards.
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, wipe surfaces and walls, and complete other room-cleaning tasks.
• Complete rooms efficiently within established time guidelines while maintaining quality.
• Restock guest room amenities according to Company standards.
• Report maintenance issues or items requiring immediate attention.
• Report damage, missing items, or guest belongings found in rooms to the appropriate manager.
• Follow all lost-and-found procedures.
• Maintain security of assigned master room keys and return them at the end of each shift.
• Assist with laundry and other Housekeeping duties as needed.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with guests, managers, and fellow team members.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized Housekeeping environment.
• Support other team members and hotel departments as needed.
