About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant for Wingate Geneva. The role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas to company standards, ensuring rooms are supplied with clean linens and amenities, and following hotel safety, security, and lost-and-found procedures. The attendant should know the hotel, its staff and services, service hours, and nearby surroundings, and provide service that exceeds guest expectations. This is a part-time, tipped-eligible position.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow all hotel-mandated safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings.
Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify items guests leave behind and report them using hotel lost-and-found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
