The Room Attendant cleans and sanitizes guest rooms and public areas to company standards, ensures rooms have clean linens and are stocked with guest supplies, and follows hotel safety and security procedures. The position also involves knowing hotel services and the surrounding area, and handling guest items left behind according to the hotel's lost-and-found procedures. This position is part-time and tipped eligible. Compensation and specific benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings.
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify items left behind by guests and report them using the hotel's lost-and-found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
