About The Position
The Courville at Manchester is a locally owned Senior Healthcare Community in Manchester’s North End, committed to providing personalized service and care. The Room Attendant (described in the posting as a part-time Housekeeper) helps create an attractive, comfortable, and sanitary environment for residents and is a valued member of the care team. The role also involves getting to know residents and helping make their days more comfortable. The schedule is 32 hours per week, generally 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with some flexibility. The posting specifies weekends and two days per week. Training is available in proper cleaning methods, sanitation, laundry, and dining room service. Housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Clean resident rooms, including sanitizing bathrooms.
- Clean common areas and office areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and washing floors.
- Empty trash daily.
- Launder linens, including sheets and blankets, and residents’ personal laundry.
- Pick up dirty linen and deliver clean linen to the designated area.
- Assist with preparing and serving resident meals.
- Clean and reset the dining room.
- Help create an attractive and comfortable environment for residents and provide customer service.
