Roofing Sales Specialist-Draw Against Commission

This Project Manager role is a W-2 position with a draw against commission, offering a guaranteed annual draw while building your pipeline. Commission rates are 35% on company-provided leads and 50% on self-generated leads. Top performers can earn well above six figures. This role is your path to achieving uncapped earning potential with the support of Shamrock's brand recognition, operational support, and back-end infrastructure.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation; must be able to transport a ladder
- Must be 18 years or older
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-directed lead generation
- Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs; must not be afraid of heights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, coachable, and disciplined
- Ability to manage multiple active projects and customer relationships simultaneously
- Cell phone required
Nice To Haves
- Prior roofing, construction, or outside sales experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and community networking
- Conduct thorough roof, gutter, and siding inspections and accurately document damage
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, the insurance claims process, and Shamrock's services
- Prepare and present project proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
- Manage projects from signed contract through completion, serving as the homeowner's primary point of contact
- Coordinate with Shamrock's production and operations teams to ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard
- Collect payments and ensure accurate job documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Deliver outstanding customer service to drive referrals, repeat business, and long-term relationships
