About The Position

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is hiring a Roofing Sales Representative – Project Manager in Omaha, Nebraska, and the surrounding area. The role combines outside sales with project management and requires comfort with door-to-door sales. Representatives generate customers through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, as well as some company-provided leads, and manage jobs from the initial inspection through final payment. New team members begin as Sales Representatives and receive paid training through a structured onboarding program. Training pay totals $5,000, earned as the representative files and receives approval on the first 20 claims. The training compensation includes $125 for each claim filed, $125 for each scope received, and 25% commission on the first five builds. Representatives promoted to Project Manager early continue earning training pay until filing 20 claims. After completing at least five builds from start to finish, representatives are eligible to become Project Managers. Project Managers earn 35% commission on every job, with average commission of about $1,500 per job. Commission increases with closed sales: 40% at $250,000 closed and 50% at $500,000 closed. At $750,000 closed, the representative receives a company truck and 50% commission. The company also offers bonus and incentive competitions, a supportive team, opportunities to move into leadership, and hands-on project management experience in construction. This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based position. Offers are contingent on passing a background check, including criminal history and Motor Vehicle Record reviews, and meeting company driving standards.
