About The Position

Anthony C. Leonard Roofing is hiring a full-time Roofing Sales Consultant for outside sales in Fort Myers, Florida. The consultant builds relationships with homeowners and property owners, conducts roof inspections, recommends roofing solutions, and guides customers from their initial consultation through project completion. The opportunity offers uncapped earning potential, company-provided leads, onboarding and training, ongoing coaching, and support from production, operations, and customer service teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation for daily travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple customers and priorities, and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends based on customer availability.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of experience in outside sales, in-home sales, construction, home improvement, insurance restoration, or a related customer-facing field.
• Experience with roofing, remodeling, exterior home services, CRM, or mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners, Realtors, property managers, business owners, and community partners to generate sales opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, community involvement, and company-provided leads.
• Conduct roof and exterior inspections to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
• Prepare estimates and proposals and educate customers about repair, replacement, insurance restoration, financing, and warranty options.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers to close sales and achieve sales goals.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and customer service teams to support a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the company CRM.
• Build a referral network and request customer referrals and online reviews after successful projects.
