About The Position

3MG Solutions, LLC is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to generate opportunities, conduct inspections, and guide homeowners through the roofing process from initial contact to signed agreement. This field-based role is intended for energetic salespeople seeking uncapped earning potential and support from an established roofing operation. The representative will report to the Stuart office as needed and work primarily in the Greater Southeast Florida area.

3MG Solutions is a residential and commercial roofing contractor with offices across Florida, Missouri, Georgia, and Kansas. The company is an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor and an official partner of UCF Athletics. It offers an uncapped commission structure and multiple compensation packages. The listed Independent Contractor (1099) option is commission-only with an aggressive, uncapped plan for qualified representatives.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license capable of transporting a ladder.
• Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour week if choosing the full-time W-2 option.
• Comfort climbing ladders and safely walking on roofs.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a high level of personal accountability.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct roof and property inspections; the role requires comfort working on roofs.
• Deliver professional sales presentations with a polished, customer-first approach.
• Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, and the 3MG process.
• Build and manage customer relationships from the first appointment through closing.
• Maintain accurate follow-up and pipeline management while working with internal support teams.
