About The Position

The Roofing Repair Assistant performs commercial roofing repairs in the Orlando territory, reporting into the Winter Park office. The role involves traveling to multiple service calls each day, reviewing the scope of work, investigating leaks, resolving problems, and reporting to the service manager. The position also includes routine inspections and preventive maintenance on commercial equipment and systems to identify potential issues and ensure proper functionality. Work must be completed in a timely manner while maintaining quality and providing excellent customer service at job sites.

Requirements

• Commercial roofing experience.
• Experience with TPO, metal, tile, and shingle roofing.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must pass 3MG Insurance requirements to drive a vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on commercial equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper functionality.
• Travel to multiple service calls each day.
• Review the scope of work, investigate leaks, and solve problems.
• Take before, during, and after photos on every job.
• Report to the service manager during and after each job.
• Complete work promptly while maintaining quality to reduce callbacks.
• Provide excellent customer service at job sites.
