About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a Roofing Project Manager-Outside Sales professional to join their team in the Kansas City Area. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70,000 - $150,000+ per year, with top performers making over $200,000. The company is a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States and is expanding. They offer a supportive work environment, detailed training, leadership opportunities, bonus pay through competitions, and project management experience in the construction field. The role involves generating leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach, inspecting roofs, gutters, and siding, educating homeowners, writing and closing contracts, collecting money, and managing projects from start to finish. While some company leads are provided, self-generation of leads through door-to-door sales is expected.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file (for company truck use)
