About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a Roofing Project Manager-Outside Sales professional to join their expanding team. This is a 1099 commission-based, full-time position with an average earning potential of $70,000 - $150,000+ annually, with top performers making over $200,000. The role involves generating leads through various methods including canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, inspecting roofs and educating homeowners, writing and closing contracts, collecting payments, and managing projects from start to finish. The company offers a supportive work environment, detailed training, leadership opportunities, bonus pay, and an amazing support system with some company-provided leads, though self-generation through door-to-door sales is expected. This is a year-round job in the construction field.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License is required
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter.
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
• You must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
