About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a Roofing Project Manager-Outside Sales professional to join their expanding team. This is a 1099 commission-based role with an average earning potential of $70K–$150K+, with top performers making over $200K. The company is a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States and is expanding across the Midwest and South. They offer systems, brand power, and back-end support to help sales professionals succeed. The role involves generating leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach, inspecting roofs and educating homeowners, writing and closing contracts, collecting money, and managing projects from start to finish. Some company leads are provided, but self-generation of leads through door-to-door sales is expected. Roofing sales is a year-round job.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License is required
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter.
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
• You must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.

• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
