About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a driven Roofing Project Manager-Outside Sales professional to join their expanding team. This role involves generating leads through various methods including canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, inspecting roofs, gutters, and siding, educating homeowners, writing and closing roofing contracts, collecting payments, and managing projects from inception to completion. The company emphasizes a supportive work environment, comprehensive training, and opportunities for leadership and upward mobility. This is a year-round, full-time, 1099 commission-based position with significant earning potential for top performers.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License is required
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter.
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.
