About The Position
The Air Capital needs a roofing leader who can soar! We're expanding our operations in Wichita and need a Market Leader who can build, train, and inspire a top-tier roofing team.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in residential roofing or related field
- Knowledge of Kansas weather patterns and appropriate roofing systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication abilities and customer-focused approach
- Physical ability to work on rooftops and in various weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Assemble and develop a team of 5-6 roofing professionals
- Execute growth strategies in Wichita and surrounding Kansas communities
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members
- Maintain highest standards of workmanship and customer service
- Navigate local regulations and building requirements
