Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in construction or roofing industry
• Proven track record in team building and management
• Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems and local building codes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in outdoor conditions

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of 5-6 roofing professionals
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies in the Lincoln metro area
• Ensure exceptional customer service and quality workmanship standards
• Manage team performance, safety protocols, and professional development
• Build relationships with local suppliers, contractors, and community leaders
