Des Moines is growing, and so are we! We need an experienced Market Leader to spearhead our residential roofing expansion in Iowa's thriving capital region. Your Mission: Build and mentor a skilled team of 5-6 roofing specialists Drive business growth throughout the Des Moines metropolitan area Implement training programs for both new and experienced professionals Oversee project quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction Establish strong community presence and professional networks
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in roofing or construction
- Deep understanding of Iowa weather challenges and roofing solutions
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership capabilities
