About The Position

Integrity Roofing & Construction is seeking a high-quality Roofing Estimator (Sales) professional to help lead and expand its presence in the Seattle market. This role is for an experienced, relationship-focused salesperson who will take ownership of a growing territory, supported by the company's established reputation and resources. The ideal candidate is motivated, independent, and passionate about helping homeowners protect their properties. The position involves managing a daily schedule, conducting customer appointments, assessing roofing needs, closing sales, preparing estimates, and managing leads while also generating new opportunities through networking and outreach.

Requirements

  • Proven sales or estimating experience, preferably three to five years within roofing, construction, home improvement, or another home-services industry.
  • Previous success in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a focus on trust and genuine customer care.
  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate as a “business within a business.”
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule while working from home, in the field, and at customer job sites.
  • Confidence conducting one to three sales appointments per day, following up consistently, and closing business.
  • Willingness to participate in local networking, neighborhood outreach, and light door knocking.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, Excel, and other digital tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to adapt to seasonal changes and the needs of a growing market.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of roofing or construction is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedule and conduct approximately one to three customer appointments per day.
  • Build relationships with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, and close roofing sales.
  • Accurately evaluate roofing projects and prepare detailed estimates based on project scope and profit-margin requirements.
  • Effectively manage company-provided leads while generating additional opportunities through networking, neighborhood outreach, and light door knocking around active job sites.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with potential customers from the initial appointment through the completion of the sale.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and broader team to share field insights and support growth throughout the Seattle market.
  • Use email, Excel, and company-provided digital tools to document estimates, track appointments, and communicate with the team.
  • Work independently and take ownership of the Seattle territory with limited day-to-day supervision.
