About The Position

Recent hail storms across the Front Range have created a significant opportunity, and Kapella Roofing is expanding our field team immediately. We're looking for energetic, competitive go-getters who are comfortable talking to homeowners, working neighborhoods and turning conversations into qualified roofing inspections. No roofing experience is required. We can teach roofing. We can't teach drive. If you're competitive, outgoing and want the opportunity to earn more based on your results, we want to talk.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in door-to-door sales, roofing, solar, pest control, alarms, telecom, fundraising, athletics or other competitive environments is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Canvassing residential neighborhoods
• Speaking directly with homeowners
• Identifying potential storm-damaged properties
• Generating qualified roof inspection opportunities
• Scheduling inspections with homeowners/decision-makers
• Accurately documenting homeowner and property information
• Working strategically around active Kapella Roofing projects
• Coordinating with our roofing sales team
• Helping build neighborhood presence and referrals
