Canvasser - Roofing Sales
About The Position
Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join their team as Canvassers for Roofing Sales. This is a full-time, commission-based 1099 position where compensation is $100 per verified lead. A verified lead is defined as a door knocked that is subsequently confirmed by the Sales Team, with a Project Manager performing a roof inspection. The company is looking for self-motivated, success-driven, confident, and integrity-filled individuals who enjoy working outside and are comfortable with door-to-door (D2D) sales. Self-generated leads are expected. This role offers a supportive work environment, a detailed training program, and opportunities for leadership and upward mobility for qualified candidates. Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License
- Self-starting attitude
- Go-getter mentality
- Reliable Transportation (no company vehicle provided)
- Cell Phone
- Enjoy working in or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
- Strong communication skills
- Driven and goal-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable with D2D sales
- Background check including criminal history review and MVR check
- Meet company's driving standards and background criteria
