About The Position

G. Fedale Roofing & Siding is seeking a dependable and experienced Roofing & Siding Repair Technician to join its Production team. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the role focuses on diagnosing roofing issues and completing repairs on low-slope and pitched roofing applications while meeting the company’s quality standards. The technician works collaboratively with the team to provide long-term solutions for homeowners and excellent service at job sites. G. Requirements

Roofing or construction experience preferred; repair experience is a plus.
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
Strict adherence to Cochran Exteriors safety standards and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

Inspect roofs to identify leaks, storm damage, and wear.
Repair asphalt shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems.
Replace damaged materials, flashing, vents, and seals.
Document completed work and communicate findings with the team.
Ensure work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Provide excellent customer service at job sites.
