About The Position

Collateral Recovery Team LLC is hiring experienced Rollback Drivers for its Austin, Texas location. The company has served Texas for over 15 years and operates in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin. It provides drivers with late-model, well-maintained rollback trucks, Safety Vision camera systems, a full equipment setup, company-paid fuel or fuel cards, and operational support. The position involves transporting repossessed vehicles, supporting field repossession agents when needed, and maintaining safe, clean, operational trucks and equipment. This is a W-2 employee position with weekly pay and consistent work volume in the Austin market.

Requirements

Tow truck or rollback experience is preferred.
Clean driving record required.
Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
Strong communication and professionalism.
Basic computer and smartphone skills.
Must be a team player.
Valid Texas Driver’s License required for the position, but not required before hire.
Valid TDLR Consent Tow License, or ability to obtain one, required for the position, but not required before hire.
Able to sit in a tow truck for prolonged periods.
Ability to load, secure, and unload vehicles.
Must be able to lift heavy equipment when needed.
Must have good mobility.
