About The Position

At RDO Equipment Co., the Truck Driver (Rollback) safely transports equipment between dealership locations and customers, supporting smooth operations and representing the company. The role includes hauling equipment and supplies, including oversized loads, following delivery instructions and routing and permitting requirements, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing basic operational guidance to customers when needed. The position is part of the Field Support Office team and offers opportunities to grow, learn, and lead in the industry.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a current health card.
• Experience operating construction and/or agricultural equipment.
• Knowledge of proper loading, securing, and hauling procedures for heavy equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of proper equipment-transport loading and unloading procedures.
• Basic computer skills to complete logs, records, and required documentation.
• Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, haul, and deliver equipment, including oversized loads, and supplies to and from dealership locations and customers.
• Follow delivery instructions, routing requirements, and permitting needs for each load.
• Track mileage and maintain delivery documentation.
• Obtain required signatures and receipts.
• Provide basic operational guidance to customers during equipment delivery when needed.
