About The Position

Waste Connections is hiring a Roll-Off Driver to operate a roll-off truck on local routes, with drivers home daily. The role starts at 4:00 AM and pays $25.00 per hour, with overtime potential. Drivers pick up and deliver containers at customer locations, safely secure and transport waste loads, and navigate alleys, commercial sites, landfills, and transfer stations. The position also involves vehicle inspections, route coordination, customer service, and other operational duties. Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• No CDL restrictions; must be able to operate manual and automatic trucks.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate a roll-off truck to pick up and drop off containers at customer locations.
• Tarp, secure, and transport various types of waste loads safely.
• Navigate tight alleys, commercial sites, landfills, and transfer stations.
• Follow route sheets and communicate with dispatch as needed.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of fluids, brakes, tires, and safety equipment.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist with other operational duties as required.
