About The Position

Waste Connections is hiring a Roll-Off Driver to operate a roll-off truck on local routes, returning home daily. The role involves picking up and dropping off containers at customer locations; safely tarping, securing, and transporting various types of waste; and navigating tight alleys, commercial sites, landfills, and transfer stations. Drivers follow route sheets, communicate with dispatch as needed, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, provide professional customer service, and assist with other operational duties as required. The position starts at 4:00 AM and pays $25.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities available. Requirements

Valid Class A or B CDL.
No CDL restrictions; must be able to operate manual and automatic trucks.
Clean driving record.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Ability to work outdoors and handle physically demanding tasks.

Roll-off or similar heavy-truck experience preferred.
