About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic, experienced, hands-on Bar Server to provide hospitality and service to guests. The role supports food and beverage service by taking orders, coordinating food delivery, providing drink orders to the bartender, garnishing drinks, and assisting with table bussing. The position requires effective communication, teamwork, multitasking, flexible availability, and knowledge of alcohol-serving practices and standards.

Requirements

Minimum high school education.
At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
Knowledge of alcohol-serving practices and standards.

Nice To Haves

Food safety certification preferred.
Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
Monitor food distribution to ensure meals reach the correct recipients and are properly prepared and presented, and that the buffet is appealing.
Provide drink orders to the bartender.
Garnish drinks.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
