About The Position

YOT Bar & Kitchen is seeking a Server to provide an outstanding dining experience at its waterfront location within the Lauderdale Marine Center. The Server welcomes and assists guests, takes orders, answers questions, makes menu recommendations, and serves food and beverages promptly and accurately while following quality and presentation standards. The role also involves responding to guest inquiries and resolving concerns professionally. The position requires physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking and work in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.

Requirements

Experience as a Server in a fine-dining environment.
A great attitude and strong work ethic.
Must be at least 21 years old to handle alcoholic beverages.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods during shifts.
Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and twisting.
Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies weighing up to 25–35 pounds.
Manual dexterity to handle glassware, plates, and service tools safely.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Tolerance for exposure to heat, noise, and crowded spaces.
Ability to navigate dining areas quickly and safely.
Strong balance and coordination while carrying food and beverages.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
