About The Position
Movu Robotics is seeking a Field Service Engineer for its After Sales & Service team, covering Bretagne, Normandy, and Pays de la Loire in western France. The role involves hands-on work with Movu’s robotic intralogistics systems at customer sites, along with helpdesk and remote technical support, training, and commissioning assistance. The engineer may travel abroad for short periods and may work shifts and weekends when needed. Some projects involve working at height or in refrigerated areas, with safety systems of work in place.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or relevant experience.
- Fluent French and English.
- Availability to travel abroad for short periods.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Teams.
- Willingness to learn custom software packages.
- Customer-focused, sociable, and a team player with a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends if needed.
- Comfortable working at height, with no fear of heights or vertigo.
Responsibilities
- Test, repair, and maintain shuttle systems at customer sites across western France.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support through the helpdesk and remote assistance.
- Deliver training to end-users and integrators, both on-site and internally.
- Assist with commissioning Movu systems, including atlas, escala, and ifollow.
- Identify and report commercial service opportunities, such as spare parts and service packs.
- Travel abroad for short periods when required.
- Work shifts and weekends when needed.
