About The Position

Movu Robotics is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Italy to join its After Sales & Service team. The role focuses on supporting customers and maintaining Movu robotic shuttle systems at customer sites across Italy. The engineer will provide first- and second-level technical support, train end-users and integrators, and assist with commissioning Movu systems, including atlas, escala, and ifollow. The position also involves identifying and reporting commercial service opportunities, such as spare parts and service packages. Short international trips may be required. The role may involve working shifts and weekends, at height, or in refrigerated areas, with safety systems of work in place.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or relevant experience.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Availability for short periods of travel abroad.
• Skills in MS Office and Teams.
• Willingness to learn custom software packages.
• Customer-focused, sociable, and a team player with a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends if needed.
• No fear of heights or vertigo.

Responsibilities

• Test, repair, and maintain Movu shuttle systems at customer sites across Italy.
• Provide L1 and L2 technical support through the helpdesk and remote assistance.
• Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally.
• Assist in commissioning Movu systems, including atlas, escala, ifollow, and others.
• Detect and report commercial service opportunities, including spare parts and service packs.
