About The Position

Movu Robotics is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the United Kingdom to join its After Sales & Service team. The role supports customer success and the maintenance, repair, testing, and commissioning of Movu intralogistics systems at customer sites across the UK. It also provides first- and second-level technical support remotely and through the helpdesk, and delivers training to end-users and integrators. The role may involve short international trips, shift work, and weekend work. Some projects take place at height or in refrigerated areas, with safety systems of work in place. Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or relevant experience.
Fluent English.
Availability to travel abroad for short periods.
Proficiency with MS Office and Teams.
Willingness to learn custom software packages.
Customer-focused, sociable, and a team player with a proactive mindset.
Willingness to work shifts and weekends if needed.
Comfort working at heights; no fear of heights or vertigo.

Responsibilities

Test, repair, and maintain Movu shuttle systems at customer sites across the UK.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support through the helpdesk and remote assistance.
Deliver training to end-users and integrators, both on-site and internally.
Assist with commissioning Movu systems, including atlas, escala, and ifollow.
Identify and report commercial service opportunities, including spare parts and service packs.
Travel abroad for short periods when required.
Work shifts and weekends when needed.
