About The Position

EWOR is launching new initiatives and seeking a Robotics Engineer to develop and integrate the software and systems that enable robotic platforms to perceive, navigate, coordinate, and operate reliably. The role involves testing, debugging, and improving autonomy, sensing, controls, and system performance through simulation and real-world evaluation. The engineer will work across engineering and deployment to move robotic capabilities from prototypes into robust, repeatable real-world operation.

The position offers autonomy to architect systems, drive strategy, and build initiatives from 0 to 1 in a high-growth environment focused on market validation and scalable traction. The engineer will work closely with the founder and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders. Compensation is described as attractive, with equity upside.

Requirements
