About The Position

The Robotics Analyst documents business requirements for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) projects, ensuring system specifications address stated requirements and system testing occurs before project implementation. Working under general supervision, the role also participates in developing and testing robotic solutions and assists with administering artificial intelligence workforce systems. The position is listed as hybrid flex, with locations in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Dallas, Texas.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of required work experience.
• University degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document accurate, detailed business requirements based on project objectives, researching requirements that may involve data analysis, process work, or development-oriented efforts.
• Assist in defining and documenting technical and systems requirements that support business requirements.
• Support implementation and operational duties, including systems integration testing and communications.
• Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing and quality control testing for modified and new systems.
• Work with stakeholders and business integration to gather and create clear, organized requirements, specifications, and reporting solutions.
• Support the database development team in updating database attributes and implementing end-to-end data solutions.
• Participate in developing and testing robotic solutions and assist with administering artificial intelligence workforce systems.
