About The Position

Work at a station on a robotic welding line, preparing parts for the robot to weld into a unit using the standard build process. Follow production processes to maintain safe operations, product quality, and consistent delivery. The position is for the second shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with starting pay of $18.21 per hour plus a $2 shift differential, totaling $20.21 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to comply with safety standards, including wearing full-body Tivex suits and an air-purifying respirator.
Technical ability to escalate issues when identified.
Ability to follow standard work as trained by a supervisor or OpEx lead.
High school diploma or GED is preferred; it is required only to maintain the pre-treatment system.

Responsibilities

Assemble and fit parts together in a robot fixture to create complete units or sub-assemblies.
Use hand tools such as grinders, scrapers, and other finishing tools to ensure product quality.
Control robot operation, and clean and inspect the equipment.
Read and understand operating standards and blueprints as needed.
Move and lift parts manually, clamping them together by hand or using hand tools.
Follow standard work and production processes to support safe operations, quality, and consistent delivery.
