About The Position

The Robot Welding Part Loader works at a station on a robotic welding line, preparing parts so the robot can weld a unit using the standard build process. The role follows production processes to maintain a consistent workflow and support safe operations, product quality, and consistent delivery. The position is on second shift, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Pay starts at $18.21 per hour, plus a $2 shift differential, for a total starting rate of $20.21 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to comply with safety standards, including wearing full-body Tivex suits and an air-purifying respirator.
Technical ability to escalate issues when identified.
Ability to follow standard work as trained by a supervisor or OpEx lead.
High school diploma or GED preferred; required only to maintain the pre-treatment system.

Responsibilities

Assemble and fit parts together to form complete units or sub-assemblies in a robot fixture.
Use hand tools such as grinders, scrapers, and other finishing tools to ensure product quality.
Control robot operation, cleaning, and inspection.
Read and understand operation standards and, as needed, blueprints.
Manually move and lift parts, clamping them together by hand and/or using hand tools.
Follow production processes and standard work to maintain safe operations, quality product, and consistent delivery.
