About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring registered nurses for its HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home team in the New York area. The role supports infants and young children transitioning from hospital care to home. Working as an extension of a hospital care team in a team-based environment, the nurse delivers skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. The position offers full-time and part-time overnight schedules and pays $65–$70 per hour.
Requirements
- Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse, as stated in the posting.
- At least one year of verifiable work experience as an RN.
- NICU, PICU, ICU, or home-care tracheostomy/ventilator experience with infants or pediatric patients.
- Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care, demonstrated in a home or lab setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to infant and young child clients in their homes.
- Work as part of a team and as an extension of a hospital care team.
- Help pediatric clients transition from the hospital to home.
