About The Position
Providence Portland Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Medical Surgical Unit. This is a 0.9 FTE day-shift position, working three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with rotating weekends. Eligible external hires who meet the required qualifications and payment conditions may receive a $6,000 hiring bonus. As a Providence caregiver, the RN applies specialized training to deliver patient-focused, whole-person care and support Providence’s mission of caring for everyone, especially the most vulnerable in the community. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license upon hire, in the state where care is delivered.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
