About The Position

We are seeking two Registered Nurses (RNs) for our 9N Intermediate Care / Med-Surg Respiratory unit. This is a day shift position, working 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, with a schedule of 3x12-hour shifts. The schedule includes working every other weekend and every other holiday. There is no on-call requirement.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg experience
• BLS required
• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday

Nice To Haves

• ACLS preferred
• Experience caring for patients with ventilators and tracheostomies is highly preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient-care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients on the Med-Surg Respiratory unit.
• Care for patients with ventilators and tracheostomies.
• Utilize strong assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday.
