About The Position

The Registered Nurse implements and coordinates resident care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare personnel. The role includes directing resident care, conducting timely rounds to support continuity of care, and documenting relevant information about care, observations, and residents’ overall condition and behavior. The nurse uses the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to help ensure comprehensive resident care.

Requirements

RN license is required.

Responsibilities

Implement and coordinate care in collaboration with physicians and resource healthcare personnel.
Direct resident care and make timely rounds to ensure continuity of care.
Document pertinent information regarding care and observations of residents’ overall condition and behavior.
Use the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure overall resident care.
