About The Position

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Special Full Time Registered Nurse for its Clinical Decision Unit. The RN is responsible for the daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of patient care with nursing staff and other health care professionals. The role is accountable for the effective use of available resources, maintaining established standards of care, and meeting outcomes within an appropriate length of stay. The RN ensures that variations based on patients' individual needs are justified and well documented, and assists with the management needs of the Nursing Unit.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in West Virginia or a valid compact state nurse license.
• Knowledge of current nursing procedures.
• BLS required.

• Experience is preferred but not required.
