About The Position
St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Special Full Time Registered Nurse for its Cardiac Float. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of care with nursing staff and other health care professionals caring for patients. The role is accountable for effective use of available resources, maintaining established standards of care, and meeting outcomes within an appropriate length of stay. The nurse ensures that variations based on patients' individual needs are justified and well documented, and assists with the management needs of the Nursing Unit.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in West Virginia or a valid compact-state nurse license.
- Knowledge of current nursing procedures.
- BLS certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Nursing experience is preferred but not required.
