About The Position

Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Proven experience in clinical nursing and/or healthcare unit coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and office software.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily activities of the nursing unit to ensure efficient workflow.
Serve as a communication link between nursing staff, physicians, patients, and families.
Maintain accurate patient records, scheduling, and documentation.
Assist with admission and discharge processes in collaboration with the clinical team.
Track and monitor patient care activities and staffing assignments.
Support compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Address patient and family inquiries promptly with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate quality patient outcomes.
