About The Position
Garden Gate Health Care Facility is seeking experienced RN Unit Coordinators (RN UC) for full-time day and evening shifts. This role supports clinical operations, staff coordination, and high-quality resident care on the unit.
Requirements
- RN license
- Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior SNF/LTC or charge experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations on the unit
- Support nursing staff and ensure quality, compliant care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership
- Assist with staffing flow, documentation, and resident needs
