About The Position

The RN Unit Care Coordinator is responsible for clinical care management functions and employee performance assessments. This role ensures the delivery of quality healthcare and services, consistent with regulatory compliance, facility policies, procedures, standards, and financial objectives. The coordinator supervises all nursing personnel on the assigned unit and performs resident care duties as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of three (3) years Registered Nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Current Nursing License
• CPR certification
• Strong communication, leadership skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Demonstrated clinical competency and provision of expert care to patients with either predictable or unpredictable

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred
• One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred
